Job summary

Whatnot seeks a Senior People Business Partner to shape people strategy for global Operations, including Customer Experience, Trust & Risk, and Fraud. You will advise leaders, design organization structures, and guide talent decisions to sustain scale and trust as the company grows.

You will partner across COEs to implement programs for a large hourly workforce and lead HR processes with a data-driven mindset while navigating a remote-first, fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an HR Business Partner, including 4+ years supporting large-scale Operations populations in a remote or distributed fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience supporting org design, workforce planning, and talent strategies for hourly front-line teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders from VP to frontline roles to strengthen teams and performance.
• Partner on people strategy, org design, and workforce planning for a large distributed hourly workforce.
• Advise on employee relations, including investigations, with legal collaboration as needed.
• Drive core people processes (compensation, performance cycles, talent planning) at scale.
• Lead change management across reorganizations and evolving priorities for global teams.
