Job summary

Valon Technologies is hiring a People Partner in New York City to advise deployment and implementation leaders, design organization structure, and build scalable people programs. You will partner with the broader People team to drive manager development, performance reviews, and change management in a fast-moving environment.

The role demands strong judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to turning strategic plans into practical programs.

Qualifications

8+ years in an HRBP or People Partner role advising senior leaders.
Experience supporting an operationally complex organization such as deployment, implementation, operations, or professional services.
Track record building and shipping people programs (manager development, learning, performance, talent, or organizational change).
Strong judgement and ability to move from strategy to execution with concrete outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Deployment and Implementation leaders to shape org design, roles, and workforce plans.
Build manager capability and learning programs for the client group.
Own the People Programs roadmap including performance, talent, and change initiatives.
Operate as a senior member of the People team and drive data-informed decisions.
