Job summary

Zoox in Foster City, CA is seeking a Senior People Partner to design and execute the people strategy for growing departments. You will act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, employee relations, and development, partnering with business leaders to drive transformation and a rewarding employee experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP.
Experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience contributing to program enhancement and scaling.
Strong change management and project management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, teamwork and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent practices, compensation, and employee relations.
Lead organizational transformations and design organizations aligned with business strategy.
Drive all people experience programs for the department—onboarding, performance management, high-potential nominations, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and recognition.
Manage projects to meet deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.
