Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the People Experience team to lead Talent Operations initiatives and capacity planning, enabling scalable hiring across departments. You’ll manage the planning, reporting, and vendor infrastructure that supports hiring at scale, including capacity models and executive reporting.

You will partner with Recruiting leadership, HRIS, and Legal to ensure alignment on initiatives, tooling decisions, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant program management experience focused on Talent Acquisition operations or workforce planning.
• Proven experience delivering scalable operational programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong recruiting/TA systems and tooling knowledge (Lever, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent).
• Analytical/problem-solving skills with data-driven planning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance on sensitive initiatives.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills across formats.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale conferences and events with budget/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Operations initiatives end-to-end, including referral rewards, requisition administration, process improvements, and tooling rollouts.
• Own capacity planning methodology for Hiring Goals, translating growth targets into concrete hiring plans with Talent leadership and HRIS.
• Plan and execute end-to-end for large-scale conferences and events, including budgets and vendor management; provide interview enablement support as needed.
• Serve as primary PEx PMO contact to Talent organization, aligning with Recruiting leadership, HRIS, and Legal.
