Job summary

Zoox in Foster City, CA is seeking a Senior People Partner to advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation practices. The role partners cross-functionally to transform programs and scale people initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead talent practices, support onboarding and performance management, manage projects to deadlines, and collaborate with legal, finance, and communications to drive results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to the enhancement and scaling of programs.
• Demonstrated change management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, teamwork, and influencing skills.
• Strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk.
• Knowledge of compensation strategies and equity.
• Organizational design and development experience.

We are looking for a Senior People Partner to support some of our growing departments and corresponding clients.

In this role, you will:

• Systems thinker who partners effectively with other departments within the people experience team and partners effectively with legal, finance and communications.
• Has breadth and depth of understanding of industry best practices in HR.

$180,000 - $215,000 a year

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
