Job summary

Zoox seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the People Experience (PEx) team as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition. You will own planning, reporting, and vendor infrastructure enabling hiring at scale, from capacity models to executive reporting and conference presence.

You will lead Talent Operations initiatives, drive capacity planning, and manage tooling and vendors such as Lever, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management with TA operations or hiring capacity planning.
• Proven experience delivering scalable ops programs in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong TA systems and tooling knowledge (e.g., Lever, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Analytical, data-driven planning and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders.
• Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance on sensitive initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience planning large conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Operations initiatives end-to-end, including referral rewards and requisition administration.
• Own enterprise Hiring Goals capacity planning methodology with Talent leadership.
• Plan and execute large-scale conferences and events, with budget and vendors.
• Provide interview enablement, playbooks, and onboarding SOPs as needed.
• Manage stakeholder engagement between PEx PMO and Talent, HRIS, and Legal.
• Own tooling relationships with core Talent vendors (Lever, Gem, LinkedIn, ModernLoop).
• Oversee executive-facing reporting and data governance with HRIS.
