Zoox is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Talent Acquisition to architect our global scaling strategy and lead a 50+ strong recruiting organization across early career, internal mobility, core tech, and executive hiring.

As a member of the People Experience leadership team, you will own end-to-end TA lifecycle, build scalable processes, leverage data storytelling, and partner with HR tech to propel AI-enabled recruiting, aligning with long-term business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of TA leadership experience, including 3+ years at Senior Director level.
• Experience building end-to-end talent strategies in high-growth tech companies.
• Data-driven with KPIs, scorecards, and AI as a strategic lever.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level executives.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building to deliver a unified PEx strategy.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced autonomous tech environments.
• Deep understanding of external tech talent markets and workforce planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
