Job summary

Threadline Wealth is seeking aSenior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and partner with business leadership on people strategies. You will drive talent acquisition, performance management, development, employee relations, and compliance across states, while collaborating with a PEO for benefits, payroll, and HR services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive human resources experience including HR management, senior generalist, or HR business partner roles.
• Independent management of HR functions with strategic guidance for leaders.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance across multiple states.
• Experience advising managers on performance, development, and sensitive employee matters.
• Hands-on recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, leave administration, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience developing and improving HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Strong business judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee situations.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operations in a growing org.
• Experience with a PEO or outsourced HR model preferred.
• HR experience in professional services or wealth management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's primary internal HR resource, partnering with leadership on people-related matters.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Advise managers on performance, development, retention, and workplace matters.
• Identify people-related priorities and develop initiatives aligned with growth.
• Collaborate with the PEO to coordinate benefits, payroll, and HR support.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
