Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Senior People Business Partner to join the CSS Americas People team. This role focuses on field service, union matters, and employment-law compliance across North America, reporting to the Head of People, CSS Americas.

You will advise leaders, drive people strategy, and partner across functions to deliver integrated HR solutions while supporting high-volume recruiting and regional travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in a matrixed or high-volume environment.
• Experience advising on union matters and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to people leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Align people strategy with business priorities and drive performance.
• Advise on employee relations, union matters, and compliance with policies and CBAs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and People partners on planning and negotiation preparation.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision making and outcomes.
