Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Senior People Business Partner to join the People team for CSS Americas.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders, help align people strategy with business priorities, and navigate union matters and employment law compliance across North America. This role demands 15+ years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably a master’s degree with a relevant certification.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in a senior BP role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree and PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in unionized settings and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on people strategy to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, labor relations, and compliance with policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Total Rewards.
• Support high-volume recruiting and leadership meetings.
• Leverage AI and analytics to drive people decisions.
