Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in human resources or related field.
• 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited Masters program at a 4-year college or university during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding coordination and data updates.
• Assist with HR systems, reporting, and people data requests to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Help support People programs, compliance activities, and recurring team processes.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners on questions, guidance, and projects.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and create practical insights for the team.
• Gain exposure to organizational change and workforce planning through hands-on work.
