The role partners with HRBPs and COEs to translate programs, manage change, and enable leaders through coaching and data-driven insights, ensuring compliant governance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Broad HR generalist expertise including ER, compliance, talent, and engagement.
• Skilled in coaching People Leaders on sensitive matters.
• Track record in leading local HR projects/change with measurable improvements to associate experience.
• Uses people data and insights to identify trends and actions with HRBPs/COEs.
• Continuous improvement mindset with lean principles applied to HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Duncan site and remote Hardware Solutions leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
• Translate global workforce/talent strategies into locally effective programs to improve attraction and retention.
• Collaborate on local organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount actions.
• Ensure governance and risk management, applying policies and compliance consistently.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Leverage analytics to inform decisions and improve talent outcomes.
