WPP seeks a versatile Senior People Partner to join the Corporate People Team in New York. You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate annual People processes, and drive workforce plans while overseeing hiring, onboarding, and employee experience for 600+ HQ employees in the US.

You will work across Finance, Legal, and HRBPs, guiding strategic and operational People initiatives, ensuring timely execution and strong employee relations in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Eight years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and managing hiring workflows.
• Experience overseeing HR operations through GBS, offshore, or matrixed teams.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills at senior-leader level.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary People partner for assigned Finance and People functions in New York.
• Coordinate annual People processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, salary and bonus planning.
• Develop communications and materials for employees and leaders and monitor participation.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, coordinating with GBS and Workday steps.
• Manage data requests and create reports to support People processes and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Employee Relations and other stakeholders to ensure accurate processing.
