Job summary

You will coach leaders, drive org design and workforce planning, and use data/AI to speed processes, with 5+ years HRBP experience in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic People role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through growth and change.
• CPG, retail, or matrixed environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Mammoth Care leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Coach and guide leaders on performance, team health, and career pathing; manage complex people moments.
