Qualifications

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting business leaders.
Strong judgment to manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
Skilled coach and business partner able to influence leaders and navigate conversations.
Data-informed with the ability to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
Advise on org design, workforce planning, performance, change, and ER.
Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate tough decisions.
Turn business needs and insights into practical solutions with clear actions.
Communicate complex issues clearly to enable informed decisions.
