Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to navigate and drive success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Skilled coach and collaborator focused on developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing and scaling people programs that drive engagement and development.
• Proven ability to apply data-driven insights to align employee experience with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on complex people and organizational challenges, including org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.
• Turn business needs and insights into practical programs and actions that drive meaningful impact.
• Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly to enable informed leadership decisions.
