Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate and business functions including G&A, Legal, Finance, and HR. You will partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into effective recruiting strategies, while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

You will source proactively, lead offers and negotiations, and maintain robust data in Greenhouse to support pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including G&A or corporate functions.
• Experience leading complex, senior-level searches (Director level and above).
• Experience in high-growth tech or aerospace environments is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative, able to manage a full book of business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence, structured feedback, and guidance through the hiring process.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through outreach, networking, and research.
• Lead offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking and negotiations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting Relativity Space's brand and standards.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
