Relativity Space, Inc. seeks an experienced People Business Partner to drive people strategy in support of engineering-driven growth in a fast-paced tech environment. You will partner with leaders to shape org design, workforce planning, performance, and change management, coaching executives to build high-performing teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, independence, and ownership, with a focus on practical solutions and clear communication across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting business leaders.
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong ownership and execution, turning ambiguous needs into practical solutions and driving work to completion.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on people and organizational challenges across org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.
• Turn business needs and insights into practical solutions and actions that drive meaningful impact.
• Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly and simply, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.
