Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a People Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals and support leaders across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

You will coach leaders, shape organization design, workforce planning, performance, and change management, using data to drive decisions and enable high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders.
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

• Advise on people and organizational challenges across org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.

Hiring Range:

$122,000 — $182,000 USD
