Job summary

Relativity Space in New York area is seeking a People Business Partner to align people strategy with engineering and business priorities, helping build high-performing teams across disciplines.

You will coach leaders, influence decisions with data, and drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Relativity Space offers competitive salary, equity, PTO, parental leave, and learning stipends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

We serve as strategic partners and trusted advisors to leaders, bringing strong business judgment, People expertise, and practical solutions to complex organizational challenges. About the role:

About you:

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders.
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

Nice to haves:

• Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
• Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
• HR degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or related).

Hiring Range: $122,000 — $182,000 USD
