Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a People Business Partner to partner with engineering leaders, aligning people strategy with business priorities and enabling high-performing teams in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

In this role you will advise on org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations; coach leaders to navigate tough decisions with clarity and empathy; and translate business needs into practical actions backed by data and insights.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience supporting Engineering or highly technical orgs
Experience using people analytics to inform decisions
Strong judgment and ability to manage day-to-day HR challenges
Skilled coach and business partner who builds credibility
HR degree or SHRM/PHR certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes
Advise on org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER
Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate tough decisions
Turn business needs and insights into practical solutions and actions
Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly to enable informed decisions
Drive execution and owner ship to turn ambiguous needs into concrete actions
