Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a People Business Partner to partner with engineering leaders, aligning people strategy with business priorities and enabling high-performing teams in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

In this role you will advise on org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations; coach leaders to navigate tough decisions with clarity and empathy; and translate business needs into practical actions backed by data and insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting Engineering or highly technical orgs
• Experience using people analytics to inform decisions
• Strong judgment and ability to manage day-to-day HR challenges
• Skilled coach and business partner who builds credibility
• HR degree or SHRM/PHR certification or equivalent

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leadersSkilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversationsStrong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challengesAbility to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisionsStrong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completionExperience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizationsExperience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisionsExperience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environmentsHR degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or related)
