Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior People Partner for GTM & AI to act as a trusted advisor to Deasy Labs and Customer Organization. You will shape people strategy in a fast-growing, AI-forward environment and operate as an internal organizational consultant, driving solutions with data-informed POV.

Based in New York, this hybrid role requires you to partner with senior leaders, redesign roles, manage change, and embed people programs across Performance, Learning, Rewards, and Employee Experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience with customer-facing or revenue orgs
• Experience with a global org, especially US and EMEA
• Familiarity with how AI reshapes workforce design and manager-employee dynamics
• Experience using data to identify insights and drive actions
• Experience implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including bias mitigation and quality reviews
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce transformation as AI reshapes roles and team structures
• Design and develop targeted People strategies using workforce analytics and AI-assisted insights
• Provide strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching at all levels
• Embed People programs into Performance, Learning & Development, Rewards, and Employee Experience
• Mitigate risk by aligning compliance practices with country requirements and handle employee relations in the US and other regions as needed
