PhotoRoom is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to own payroll, contracts, compliance, benefits, immigration and HR data across markets. You will design scalable processes, automate workflows, and build self-service tools while protecting privacy and trust.

Based in Paris, you will partner with the VP People and lead a growing PeopleOps function with an emphasis on automation, documentation, and EU/US compliance. This is a senior IC role with no direct reports today.
