ConsenSys is seeking a Senior People Operations Associate to own global People Operations, with Europe focus, and drive scalable processes across the employee lifecycle. You will manage pre-boarding through offboarding, handle leaves, data accuracy, and GDPR compliance while pushing automation and self-service adoption across regions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and external EORs to support hires and relocations, ensuring policy adherence and timely processing in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Extensive experience supporting employees in UK/Europe.
• Fluency in English; a second European language is a plus.
• Experience leading projects from scoping through delivery.
• Experience working with Employer of Record providers and vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage global employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Identify and implement automation and AI for self-service and requests.
• Create and maintain process documentation and guides.
• Lead global People projects end to end with cross-functional partners.
