Job summary

MetaMask is seeking a Senior People Operations Associate to own global People Operations, with primary accountability for Europe. You will contribute to PODS initiatives, drive scalable processes, and partner with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compliant, efficient HR workflows across regions.

You will document processes, enable self-service, and apply automation and AI to improve accuracy and employee experience, while managing relationships with EORs and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Experience supporting UK and European HR practices with GDPR considerations.
• Experience leading global projects from scoping to delivery.
• Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and vendor management.
• Strong documentation, policy maintenance, and process improvement.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global employee lifecycle processes from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR/compliance across countries.
• Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Create clear documentation, guides, FAQs, and process maps for self-service.
• Lead global and regional People projects end-to-end and coordinate stakeholders.
