Job summary

Consensys is seeking a global People Operations lead to own end-to-end employee lifecycle across borders, with a particular focus on Europe. This remote-first role collaborates with PODS programs and rate scalable processes across the organisation.

You will coordinate onboarding, immigration, benefits, and vendor relationships, partnering with EORs and external counsel to support a distributed workforce while driving automation and self-service across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in People/HR Operations in global or multi-country environment.
• Knowledge of UK/European employment practices and GDPR.
• Hands-on onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle changes, and leave administration.
• Experience with Employer of Record providers and vendor management.
• Proficient HRIS data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes globally from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and process contracts and onboarding documentation in line with local requirements.
• Administer leaves and benefits across multiple countries and coordinate with Payroll.
• Partner with EORs and external vendors to onboard and support employees in countries without local entities.
• Support immigration and relocation processes with external counsel.
• Develop and document processes, enable self-service, and apply automation and AI where appropriate.
