MetaMask is expanding its People Operations, Data & Systems (PODS) team to drive scalable employee lifecycle processes across regions, with a focus on Europe. You will serve as a global expert for Europe, shaping policy, data integrity, and automation, while delivering end-to-end people projects that improve the employee experience.

The role emphasizes GDPR compliance, HRIS governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Payroll, and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation) for reporting and analysis.
• Comfort experimenting with automation and AI tools, such as workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features within existing tools.
• Collaboration & Communication: clear, professional communication with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, anticipating bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• A service-oriented mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with thoughtful, scalable solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role.
• Extensive experience supporting employees in the UK and Europe, with exposure to other regions; English fluency required; second European language a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and driving work from idea to execution.
• Experience leading or owning projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage global employee lifecycle from pre-boarding through offboarding.
• Administer leaves, benefits, and payroll coordination across multiple countries; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Partner with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and external vendors in countries without a local entity.
• Support immigration and relocation processes with external counsel.
• Maintain HRIS records, perform audits, and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and document processes with clear guides and process maps.
• Lead global and regional People projects end to end, collaborating with Finance, Legal and Payroll.
