Job summary

TestGorilla is hiring a Senior People & Talent Operations Partner to own People Ops as a product — systems, compliance and self-serve workflows, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled processes across multiple countries.

You will manage payroll, compliance, HR systems, and the EOR relationship, while building tooling to keep the People function lean in a fast-growing, remote-only environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR Ops experience.
• Experience building automations as a core part of HR tech stack.
• Experience managing payroll/compliance across multiple countries (EOR or direct entities).
• Strong HRIS familiarity, HiBob a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own People Ops as a product including systems, compliance and self-serve workflows.
• Own payroll, invoicing, contract administration and compliance end to end across all countries.
• Own data privacy and recordkeeping and relationship with EOR vendor.
• Develop self-serve documentation and maintain clear boundaries between self-serve and human-led processes.
