Job summary

TestGorilla is hiring a Senior People & Talent Operations Partner to own People Ops as a product, including HR tech, automation, compliance, and self-serve workflows. You’ll work with a tiny, autonomous team, with ownership from day one, tackling real people problems with empathy and structure.

The role emphasizes building clever automations, managing payroll across countries, and guiding hiring tooling while balancing self-serve with human support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience building sophisticated automations as core HR tech.
• Experience managing payroll/compliance across multiple countries.
• Deep HRIS experience (HiBob highly preferred).
• Product-minded, user-focused and iterative in approach.
• Thrives in autonomous, async, remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and foster an inclusive culture.
• Design, build and maintain automated, AI-enabled people journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
• Own HR tech stack and ensure tools are integrated and not siloed.
• Manage payroll, invoicing, contract administration and compliance across all countries.
• Own data privacy and recordkeeping, and relationships with EOR vendor.
• Define and maintain self-serve HR tooling and documentation for managers.
