You’ll own payroll, benefits, leaves, compliance, HR systems, and the employee lifecycle, partnering with senior People leaders to scale processes and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience with hands-on payroll, benefits, leaves, compliance, HR systems, and lifecycle.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce and knowledge of California requirements.
• 3+ years of direct people-management and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day People Operations execution with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead payroll administration and approved compensation changes across states.
• Oversee benefits, retirement, leaves, and workers' comp administration.
• Manage employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights and self-service.
• Design automated workflows to reduce manual effort and errors.
