Convergent Research in the nonprofit science space seeks a Senior People Ops Manager - Payroll  Systems to own the payroll infrastructure for US and UK, ensure timely payments, and maintain governance as the organization scales with new FROs. This senior role combines hands-on execution with policy development, driving improvements across payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.

You will work closely with the Head of People and collaborate with Employee Experience, HRBP, and Launch teams to

• Senior, hands-on payroll and systems expert.
• Experience building scalable HR processes.
• Ability to write policies with cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Experience with US/UK payroll providers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll end-to-end for US & UK with reconciliations and controls.
• Manage benefits, leave, and retirement administration.
• Own HRIS architecture, data governance, and reporting.
• Maintain policy compliance across US/UK/EOR.
• Coordinate immigration and compensation processes.
• Stand up payroll/ops for new FROs and wind-downs.
