Job summary

Dorado Software Group is seeking a Senior People Operations Analyst to support data integrity, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding and reporting for a global portfolio of software companies on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This remote-US role reports to the Director of People Operations.

You will own HRIS administration (BambooHR), drive process improvements, and leverage AI tools to streamline tasks while maintaining compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Human Resources, People Operations and Talent Acquisition is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer HRIS data in BambooHR for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate payroll and onboarding/offboarding processes with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data audits to identify inconsistencies and improve data integrity.
• Create and maintain SOPs and HR reports to support leadership decisions.
• Explore AI-powered tools to automate repetitive HR tasks and improve reporting.
