• Global or multi-country acquisition experience and local requirements

• Background in management consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development
• Fluency with HRIS platforms and M&A data rooms; analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the People workstream end-to-end for acquisitions and strategic transactions
• Establish the People M&A operating model for each deal, with governance and budget
• Coordinate COEs and deal partners to align upstream decisions with execution
• Maintain strict confidentiality over deal data and employee information
• Drive post-close integration planning and value realization with leaders
