Job summary
VaynerX, based in Los Angeles, is seeking a high-energy Senior Associate for the People & Experience Team (PET) on the Business Partner track. You will own 1:1 relationships with junior talent, act as a developmental guide, and partner with senior PET leaders to shape the employee journey.
You will drive onboarding, ongoing coaching, and cross-team initiatives while advocating for scalable, compassionate people operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in people support or a related function
- Strong empathy, high EQ and confidentiality
- Good project management and critical thinking
- Strategic problem solving with a solution-minded approach
- Curious, coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy with basic HR software familiarity
Responsibilities
- Cultivate 1:1 relationships with the junior cohort and coach them through growth
- Provide career development guidance and feedback coaching
- Escalate and align with PET leadership on complex people issues
- Collaborate across three pods to ensure consistent SOPs and milestones
- Lead onboarding and new hire kickoff sessions to set early trust
- Support PET initiatives and scale onboarding experiences
- Manage end-to-end PET logistics and day-to-day workflows
- Partner with the Associate to streamline PET processes
