Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a high-energy Senior Associate to join our People & Experience Team (PET) on the Business Partner track, based in Los Angeles. You will own 1:1 relationships with junior talent, guide their development, and partner with PET leadership to drive talent health and retention.

You will orchestrate onboarding, support PET initiatives, and ensure smooth workflows across pods, while bringing strong EQ, meticulous project management, and a coaching mindset to the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in people support or HR-related roles.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Strong project management and critical thinking.
• Curious and coachable mindset with willingness to learn career coaching.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn people management software.

Responsibilities

• Own 1:1 engagement with junior cohort and guide development.
• Coach managers on delivering feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire kickoffs.
• Support PET initiatives and optimize onboarding experiences.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for PET programs.
• Collaborate across three pods to standardize processes.
