Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a high-energy, deeply empathetic Senior Associate on the People and Experience Team (PET), based in Los Angeles, on the Business Partner track. You will be the dedicated, go-to people champion for our junior talent, owning the 1:1 relationships and guiding managers through feedback cycles.

Reporting to the Senior Director, PET, you will help safeguard retention, manage onboarding and new hire kickoffs, optimize processes across three pods, and partner with the team to

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the people support function.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple moving pieces across pods.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive 1:1 engagement with assigned junior talent cohort.
• Coach managers on delivering clear, constructive feedback and career development.
• Maintain a consultative relationship with PET leadership and vet complex employee issues.
• Oversee onboarding kickoff calls and end-to-end new hire logistics to set tone from Day 1.
