Job summary

Albertina Kerr is seeking an Employee Experience and Development Partner to design practical, people-centered programs that strengthen engagement and culture within a nonprofit setting. The role focuses on leadership development, manager effectiveness, and organizational development to support mission-driven outcomes.

The position is a senior individual contributor role, delivering programs and tools that help employees feel supported and managers lead with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of direct experience in employee experience, organizational development, learning & development, or a related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee experience programs to strengthen engagement, culture, and effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement surveys including analysis, reporting, and action planning.
• Develop and deliver manager and leadership development programs to build capability.
• Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and organizational priorities.
