Stand Together is seeking a Partner Experience Director to lead strategy and a team responsible for delivering highly personalized experiences for philanthropic and business partners. This role works across Partnerships, Events, Guest Experience, and executive stakeholders to elevate Partner Relations into Partner Experience, with discretion and strong judgment in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience serving high-profile principals, members, guests, or clients in complex, high-touch environments.
• Experience leading and developing a team, setting a clear standard of excellence, and influencing work across teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-level stakeholders and build trust with accomplished leaders and their teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Partner Experience function and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering consistent, personalized support at scale.
• Design and oversee the partner experience across events and year-round engagement, including agendas, seating, room composition, briefings, principal preparation, and follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and their Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, security leads, and other key members of their professional teams.
• Anticipate individual needs and translate insight into thoughtful experiences and timely solutions.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders when plans change, maintaining discretion and attention to detail.
• Create durable systems, documentation, and data practices so partner knowledge remains accessible.
• Define standards and measures for partner experience and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
