Job summary

Archer in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on Talent Management professional to design and deliver leadership and development programs that accelerate performance and strengthen Archer’s culture of excellence.

Reporting to the VP of Talent, you will partner across the organization to implement leadership development, performance management, engagement, and succession planning, using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in talent management or leadership development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using data analytics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead leadership development programs, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Drive end-to-end program execution with measurable results.
• Use data to assess needs and track impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to align programs with business goals.
• Support talent programs including performance management and engagement.
• Collaborate with external partners to bring learning experiences.
• Communicate progress through reports and presentations.
