Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in a middle market and/or large public accounting firm or agency preferred.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior management to understand essential skills and backgrounds to identify top candidates.
• Screening, evaluating, and selecting applicants for senior management review.
• Sources talent through networks, online resources, and social platforms to secure high-level candidates.
• Guides senior management through the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Maintains relationships with external contacts (executive search, agencies, career centers) to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
• Acts as primary contact for candidates throughout the lifecycle, conveying culture, services, and benefits.
• Performs other duties as required.
