BDO USA is looking for a People & Culture Recruiting Manager to oversee the talent acquisition life cycle. This experienced manager will partner with senior management, conduct candidate screenings, and maintain relationships with various talent sources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree focused on human resources and at least five years of recruiting experience within public accounting or similar environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a recruiting capacity.
• Experience in a middle market or large public accounting firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage the talent acquisition life cycle for multiple offices.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and candidate selections.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management and external contacts.
