Job summary

BDO USA's Management Consulting HR practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead planning, client engagement and delivery of HR consulting engagements in the Philadelphia market. The role requires seasoned leadership, strategic thinking and a strong client-service orientation.

You will develop strategy with clients' leadership, supervise staff, drive business development and ensure compliance and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years HR experience required or preferred depending on background.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and growth of the HR consulting practice.
• Manage full life cycle of HR engagements and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance and effective utilization of HR resources for clients.
• Work with client executives to align HR strategy with business goals.
