Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an experienced People & Culture Recruiting Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned offices and practices. You will partner with senior management to define essential skills, screen candidates, and guide selection and offers, while building external relationships to ensure a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years in recruiting, preferably in professional services or large firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in human resources field, preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in a middle market and/or large public accounting firm or agency preferred.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS systems (Oracle, Kenexa) is required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior management to develop an understanding of essential skills and background to identify top candidates.
• Conducts screening, evaluation, and selection of applicants for interview consideration.
• Leverages networks, online resources and social networks to source top talent.
• Provides guidance to senior management throughout the talent acquisition life cycle.
• Develops and sustains relationships with senior management and business lines.
• Establishes relationships with external contacts to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
• Acts as primary contact for candidates to showcase the firm's culture, services, and benefits.
• Other duties as required.
