Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a Sr People Business Partner & HR Process Excellence Manager to lead consultative HR partnerships with our executive teams and to own enterprise-wide HR process design and system enablement.

You will drive end-to-end People & Culture services, partner across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and People Operations, and manage complex cross-functional projects with a focus on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• MBA/MA/MS in HR preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in HR Business Partner roles.
• 3+ years resolving complex employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS and systems, Workday preferred.
• Experience in startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional P&C projects and enterprise process design.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
• Manage HR project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
