Axiom is seeking a Talent Partner to join our global People team in Chicago. You will partner with managers to address talent needs, develop policy, coach teams, and help drive growth with a values-driven approach. Collaborate with Compensation, Recruitment, People Development and HRIS teams to deliver comprehensive HR programs.

You will lead initiatives in employee relations, performance management, and org design while upholding our commitment to inclusion and development across the business.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in HR including employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
• Strong communication and credibility across all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers and leaders advising on people needs, org structure, performance and compensation.
• Own the employee experience from hire to retire, including career development and promotion processes.
• Resolve employee relations issues with counsel and guidance for development and career goals.
