Job summary

Greenfield Global Inc. seeks a Senior People & Culture Generalist to elevate employee experience across multiple sites.

You will serve as a trusted P&C partner, guiding employees and leaders through onboarding, performance, and engagement initiatives, while aligning with our culture, values, and programs. With 4+ years in HR, you will collaborate with managers, support leave and accommodation processes, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and employment legislation.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP, or similar HR certification.
• Experience working with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary P&C contact for a designated employee population across multiple sites.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives.
• Support compensation, talent review, and annual performance processes.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Managing leave administration and accommodation processes.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Maintaining compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.
• Partnering with People & Culture Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions.
