Job summary

Greenfield Global Brookfield, CT is seeking a Senior People & Culture Generalist to elevate employee experiences across sites. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering partner support, and ensuring effective people programs in a multi-site environment.

You will partner with leaders to guide day-to-day HR activities, support onboarding through offboarding, and drive engagement initiatives that reinforce our culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and employment legislation.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting both employees and leaders in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary P&C contact for a designated employee population across multiple sites.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives.
• Support compensation, talent reviews, and annual performance processes.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Manage leave administration and accommodation processes.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions.
