lululemon Athletica is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor, Coaching & Advisory, for our Store Support Centre in Washington. You will provide practical, employee-centered coaching and guidance to leaders and staff across the lifecycle, balancing experience, policy, and business needs.

In a team-based support model, you’ll manage investigations and cases from intake to resolution, collaborate with partners, strengthen leader capability, and help improve processes and resources while

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR, business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of HR experience in employee relations or advisory roles.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, accommodations, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and employees on lifecycle matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution with proper documentation.
• Guide leaders to make policy-aligned, fair decisions balancing employee and business needs.
• Collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver coordinated support.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen leader capability.
