Based in California, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, merchandising, and guest engagement, while supporting hiring, scheduling, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performance store team and manage on-floor operations.
• Drive guest experience through product education and service excellence.
• Collaborate with managers on data-driven planning and merchandising.
• Oversee budgeted labor and store performance metrics.
